Team One Capital Announces the Price Range and the Start of the Book-Building Period for the Offering of Al-Razi Medical Company on the Parallel Market (Nomu)

Team One Capital, in its capacity as financial advisor for the offering of shares in Al-Razi Medical Company on the Parallel Market (Nomu), announces the price range for the offering at between SAR 24 and SAR 28 per share. The offering comprises 304,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the company's capital, with the book-building period for qualified investors beginning on 4 June 2023 and continuing until 6 June 2023.
