The Capital Market Authority (CMA) Approves the Registration and Offering of Shares in Intelligent Oud Company for Trading on the Parallel Market (Nomu)

Team One Capital, in its capacity as financial advisor to Intelligent Oud Company for Trading, announces that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the registration of the company's shares and the offering of 325,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of its shares, on the Parallel Market (Nomu), pursuant to the Authority's resolution dated 21 June 2023.
