Publication of the Prospectus for the Offering of Intelligent Oud Company for Trading on the Parallel Market (Nomu)

Intelligent Oud Company for Trading announced today the prospectus for the offering of 325,000 of its shares, representing 20% of its total post-offering capital of SAR 16.25 million (25% of the current capital of SAR 13 million), on the Parallel Market (Nomu). The offering period for the company's shares will run from Sunday 10 September 2023 for three business days, ending on Tuesday 12 September 2023. In accordance with the requirements of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, subscription in the offer shares is limited to categories of qualified investors as defined by the qualified investor definition.
